Job Summary
THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE This dealership, known for its commitment to personalized service, is urgently seeking a talented Used Vehicle Administrator to join its busy and poised team. The role involves overseeing stock control, vehicle invoicing, and handling other administrative tasks related to vehicle movement within the department. To apply you must have experience in vehicle administration, in accordance with the responsibilities outlined above, at a franchised motor dealership, with the capacity to manage approximately 45 units per month. Extensive knowledge of Kerridge/Autoline systems and fluency in Afrikaans are essential. BEE candidates are preferred but we are open to the best candidate. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Minimum of 1 year of Vehicle Administration experience in a franchised motor dealership Working knowledge of Kerridge or Autoline Highly organized A good command of the Afrikaans Language Reside in or around the Stellenbosch area You will need the following documents when applying: A FULL CV in Word or PDF format – Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving Qualification Certificates (Matric Minimum) A valid Drivers License A recent photograph of yourself 3 months of payslips/Commission Sheets Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References Astor Automotive Staff T/A Astor Motor Recruitment NOTE: Should you not hear from one of our Representatives within 14 days of submitting your application, please consider your application unsuccessful for this position.
