Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Inspect facilities and perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) Handle preventative maintenance tasks Respond to emergency repair requests Assemble furniture, replace consumables, and maintain cleanliness Keep accurate records and communicate with the Supervisor and residents Qualifications: Matric and relevant trade certification (e.g., electrical, plumbing) Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Driver`s license and safety representative experience are a plus Proficient in multiple maintenance disciplines Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail Physically fit for manual work Professional demeanor, especially with elderly residents Work Environment: Indoor/outdoor, flexible hours, may involve working at heights or confined spaces Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
