Key Responsibilities Source and screen potential tenants. Conduct property viewings for rental clients. Draft and manage lease agreements. Ensure compliance with rental laws and regulations. Maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants. Handle rental payments, deposits, and related administration. Resolve tenant and landlord queries efficiently. Maintain accurate records using property management software. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of rental laws, tenant rights, and lease agreements. Proven experience in property rentals. Attention to detail and administrative accuracy. Relationship management skills. Registered with the PPRA / FFC (Valid). Qualification: NQF4 in Real Estate.
