• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,
  Sales, or a related field.
• An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial support or executive assistant role, preferably in a commercial, operations, or production environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or project management software.
• Previous experience working in a similar industry or role.
