Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Admin (HR / Finance) to join a luxury safari camp in Thabazimbi. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong administrative background who is eager to grow their career in both human resources and finance within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across HR and finance functions
-
Assist with payroll preparation and maintain accurate employee records
-
Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff documentation management
-
Track staff leave, attendance, and assist with rostering where required
-
Prepare and process invoices, supplier payments, and petty cash reconciliations
-
Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting under the guidance of senior management
-
Maintain filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
-
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and administration

Uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labour legislation
Requirements
-
Previous administrative experience, preferably with exposure to HR or finance functions

Relevant qualification in Administration, HR, Finance, or similar (advantageous)

Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

Professional, adaptable, and able to work in a remote lodge setting

Willingness to live on-site in Thabazimbi
