For the Gentleman (Farm Manager):

• Oversee all daily operations of the farm.
• Supervise and allocate duties to farm staff for maximum productivity.
• Maintain and repair infrastructure including fences, water systems, vehicles, and equipment.
• Manage game-related tasks: feeding, water supply, veld care, and habitat upkeep.
• Service and repair generators, tractors, pumps, and other machinery.
• Handle electrical maintenance and ensure safety standards are always met.

For the Lady (Admin & Accounting):

• Manage full administrative and accounting functions of the farm.
• Perform bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and data capturing.
• Prepare management reports and maintain financial records.
• Oversee inventory, invoices, payments, and compliance documentation.
• Manage employee records, timesheets, and leave schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and handle communication.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.

Requirements – Both Candidates Must:

• Have relevant experience in farming and/or hunting safari operations.
• Be hardworking, hands-on, and self-disciplined.
• Be trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Reside permanently on the farm and embrace the bushveld lifestyle.

Additional Requirements:

• Gentleman: Mechanical & electrical background, farm/game farm management experience, leadership skills, valid driver’s license.
• Lady: Strong accounting/admin background, excellent computer literacy (accounting software & MS Office), high attention to detail, organizational skills.
