The Role:We are looking for a passionate and qualified beauty & wellness trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training across our courses, primarily in [beauty therapy, massage and nail technology]. You will have an enormous influence on the skills and careers of our students.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, hands-on training in accordance with our accredited curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstrations for the curriculum.Guide, mentor, and assess students, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.Ensure all training complies with industry standards, health, and safety regulations.Manage classroom administration, including student attendance and assessment records.Stay current with the latest beauty, massage, and nail trends and techniques.What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, and/or Nail Technology.A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience.Prior teaching or training experience is highly advantageous.Assessor and moderator registration is a strong advantage (or willingness to obtain).Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.A patient, motivational, and supportive mentoring style.Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
