Greeting guests upon their arrival and departure

Offering personalized service to guests

Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner

Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the establishments services, room types, prices, and policies

Keeping up-to-date with local attractions, events, restaurants, and all other tourism aspects to provide accurate information to guests

Providing information about amenities, area, venues, and promotions
-
Handling and distributing mail, messages, and packages for guests
-
Working closely with other hotel staff to meet guests needs
-
Maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information and pertinent hotel data
