Job Description
- Support the day-to-day management of all food and beverage operations
- Oversee front of house service to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise and guide food and beverage team members on shift
- Maintain high service standards and ensure consistency across outlets
- Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance management
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns promptly
- Assist with stock control, stock takes and ordering processes
- Support kitchen with basic costing and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or junior management role
- Strong front of house operational experience
- Solid understanding of restaurant and bar service standards
- Exposure to stock control and basic costing processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
