What You`ll Be Doing: As our Trade Credit Controller, you`ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our trade credit processes. Your key duties will include: Credit Management: Assess and manage credit risk by evaluating customer creditworthiness and determining the appropriate credit limits. Accounts Receivable: Oversee the collections process, ensuring the timely receipt of payments and reducing outstanding debt. Credit Control Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate credit reports to track outstanding balances, overdue accounts, and cash flow projections. Customer Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to resolve any credit-related issues, negotiate payment terms, and address queries. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow related to trade credit, ensuring the firms financial stability. Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure that accurate records are maintained in line with internal policies and procedures. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with the relevant financial regulations and company policies relating to credit management. CMS Integration: Assist with the integration of Case Management Systems (CMS) to streamline credit control processes and improve overall efficiency. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: A relevant qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in trade credit control, accounts receivable, or similar financial role. Bonus Points: Familiarity with CMS (Case Management Systems) will be highly advantageous.
