Requirements

• A Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing, or completion of a relevant internship, is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in campaign management or as a Campaign Coordinator.
• Previous experience or coursework in data analysis or business intelligence is highly preferred.
• Capable of managing campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and copywriting to analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the financial services or SME business funding sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in leveraging data for informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Slack) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Align with partners to maintain and update marketing content and collateral.
• Manage and maintain email communication reports, providing learnings and next steps.
• Provide creative direction in line with Partner Corporate Identity. Offer marketing-as-a-service by supporting, advising, and assisting partners in optimising and improving their portfolios.
• Develop partner marketing strategies, including always-on campaigns and specific objective-driven campaigns.
• Create and execute launch plans for new partner onboarding and pilots.
• Compile, present, and share monthly partner marketing reports, tracking key metrics, identifying areas for optimisation, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a partner marketing calendar in collaboration with the partner marketing team.
