- Analyze & Improve: Identify training gaps and continuously evolve our approach based on feedback and performance.
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor a team of recruitment trainers, fostering a growth mindset and team success.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with recruitment managers and leaders to build innovative strategies that empower our team to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
Who You Are:
- You’ve got 5+ years of experience in 360 recruitment (including sales and business development).
- You know how to recruit, sell, and close deals—and you’re eager to share that knowledge with others.
- You’re a leader who’s not afraid to inspire and motivate a team.
- You’re adaptable, results-driven, and love staying ahead of trends in recruitment and sales.
