Technical Tasks, Competencies & Experience: Managing the overall maintenance strategy for processing plants Define equipment critically using a risk matrix Ensure compliance with & support for the mines maintenance processes, strategies & standardisation projects Ensure compliance and safety standards to the MHSA Establish & maintain budget parameters Manage staff to ensure effective & safe Engineering practices Conduct legal inspections and address deviations as per the MHSA & submit reports to management Behavioural Competencies: Strategic Thinking Proactive Excellent Communication and Relationship Building High Ethical Standards and Integrity Ability to multi-task Remuneration: Competitive, market-related but dependent upon skills and experience Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
