Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise market share and profitability.
• Manage showroom operations, customer engagement, and brand standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to support dealership objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with a passion for the motor industry.
• Valid South African driver’s license and clear criminal record.
