Report any discrepancy in pricing and payment terms to the Supply & Distribution Manager. Handle any queries in terms of invoicing from customers right away and consult the Marketing team to assist with the resolution of the matter. Capturing of Account Sales, Debit notes and Credit notes as and when required, and ensuring the sign off by the Supply & Distribution Manager or the Group Chief Executive. Recon of stock between the IT systems to ensure incorrect stock items are dealt with immediately. Ensure timeous and correct payment of invoices from service providers, based on the agreed upon rates per season. Correct and timeous allocation of cost on the IT system. Updating of the cost chain calculator dependent on latest shipping and service provider costs. Set up and maintenance of payment terms, port codes, customer accounts, etc correctly on the IT system.
