• Develop and deliver training modules on UAS electrical systems, including power distribution, wiring harnesses, control systems, and payloads.
• Conduct practical training sessions to educate personnel on electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair techniques specific to UAS.
• Create instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and simulations to enhance learning effectiveness.

Technician Duties:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of UAS electrical components and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure UAS electrical systems meet operational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and improve UAS electrical designs and performance.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification outcomes.
• Prepare detailed technical reports on UAS electrical maintenance, repairs, and operational issues.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during training sessions and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to UAS electrical systems and operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) working with UAS or similar electrical systems in the aviation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UAS electrical systems, including power distribution, wiring diagrams, avionics, and associated subsystems.
• Previous experience in instructional roles, delivering technical training preferred.
• Certification in UAS operations and maintenance is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
