Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal Job Type: Full-Time Industry: BPO / Customer Service Experience Level: Entry-Level (Training Provided) Job Overview We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agents to join a fast-growing contact center in Durban. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, target-driven environment. No prior call center experience is required — full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with queries, account information, and service requests Capture and update customer information accurately on the system Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary Meet daily and weekly performance targets (call handling time, quality, attendance) Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric (required) Clear communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous) Basic computer literacy Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required Positive attitude and willingness to learn What You’ll Receive Paid training provided Supportive team environment Performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities within the contact center industry Exposure to international and local campaigns Salary R5,500 – R8,000 per month (based on experience and campaign) Performance bonuses available Who Should Apply?
