About the Role
As a Sales Consultant at Fidelity Services Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across our Midrand region. Your primary responsibility will be to visit sites, conduct road shows, and engage with customers to promote our Umsuka products and provide exceptional service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customer needs are met, and applications are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting all new sites that the Region opens
- Visiting sites with lesser than 30% market share
- Conducting parades early in the morning and later in the afternoon
- Organizing road shows and wellness days
- Capturing loans and policies
- Setting monthly targets for sales growth
- Providing advice to prospective customers on our Umsuka products
- Addressing and resolving client queries promptly and satisfactorily
- Ensuring timely processing of applications
- Clearing contracts and submitting them in time for payments
- Liaising with Fidelity branch contact persons for efficient loan issuance
- Maintaining strict adherence to National Credit Act, Consumer Protection Act, and other compliance-related laws
- Assisting with market-related issues for the company
- Providing general customer service and assistance to Umsuka Wemali finance clients
Requirements
- Grade 12 or National Certificate in Customer Service
- Sales experience (advantageous)
- Customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- Experience in credit lending environment (advantageous)
