About the Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior E-commerce Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Umhlanga Rocks. As a key member of our content creation department, you will play a vital role in developing engaging online content that drives customer engagement and sales growth for our e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality digital content (blog posts, social media posts, product descriptions) for our online stores
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels
- Assist in managing and scheduling content across various platforms
- Conduct research on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform content strategy
Requirements
- No more than 12 years of working experience, preferably in a content coordination or e-commerce role
- Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in Digital Media, E-commerce or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Interest in online retail, digital content and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, E-commerce or a related field
