• Ensure sales are in line with the agreed budgets
• Maximise selling opportunities for foods instore via selling space
• Manage food sales plan
• Manage operational standards, shrinkage, waste and stock accuracy
• Stock replenishment
• Manage hot foods standards

Requirements

• Matric
• Previous experience in retail/FMCG/hospitality industry
• Strong managerial skills
• Ability to train, develop and motivate staff
• Strong customer service skills
• Clear Criminal record
