About the Role
Join our team as a Lodge Manager at our Luxury Lodge in Vaalwater, Limpopo. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of our lodge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-quality services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of lodge operations (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc.)
- Oversee daily activities, including staff management and training
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets
- Coordinate events and activities with the local community
Requirements
- At least 3 years Hospitality Management experience in a luxury lodge environment in a managerial position
- Strong understanding of all aspects of lodge operation
- Strong Food and Beverage background
- Excellent Customer Relations
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
- Professional and well-groomed with a valid Driver’s license
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent from a reputable and recognized Hotel School (Advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
R 15-18 000 per month (Negotiable and based on experience) + Live-in accommodation with company benefits. Starting Date: ASAP
