• Conduct intelligence gathering operations within the reserve and surrounding areas.
• Compile detailed, accurate, and timely intelligence reports for operational use.
• Conduct all pre-employment integrity assessments and polygraph tests for new security staff and other sensitive positions.
• Work closely with the Training/Information Officer to ensure alignment between intelligence operations and training objectives.
• Perform regular and ad hoc polygraph examinations as required for investigations or internal reviews.
• Liaise with the Reserve Security Manager on all intelligence matters.
• Monitor and report on potential threats, suspicious activity, and relevant developments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and all internal protocols.
• Handle all information gathering and reporting duties with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Support the implementation of internal security procedures and intelligence-led initiatives.
• Be flexible and willing to stand in for operations when requested, including supporting field deployments, shift cover, or emergency duties.

Requirements:

• Military or police background with relevant operational experience.
• Qualified and registered polygraph examiner (certification and registration proof required).
• Strong practical knowledge of intelligence and information gathering methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and compile professional, structured reports.
• Proven experience in pre-employment screening and integrity testing.
• Ability to work discreetly and manage sensitive information with integrity.
• Must comply fully with the NDA and organizational confidentiality policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a disciplined security team.
• Flexible, dependable, and willing to take on operational responsibilities when required.
• Availability to work irregular hours, weekends, or after-hours operations as needed.
