Key Responsibilities:Provide patient-centred care to patients in active treatment.Monitoring of patients in active treatment, assessing for adverse reactions and providing appropriate intervention.Provide clear and accurate written or verbal advice to patients.Oversee clinical patient administration. Ensure compliance with oncology nursing protocols and safety regulations.Coordinate patient treatment planning and support clinical trials participation.Minimum requirements:Registration with South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse.Post graduate qualification in Oncology Nursing or proven experience in chemoroom/ward. Alternatively, verified completion of AICF Oncology for Nurses or Igazi Haematology for Nurses.Confirmed competency: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Intravenous Cannulation.Good interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Systems and practice management systems such as Profdoc (PMO).Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)Strong organizational skills and accuracy with record-keeping.Detail-oriented, meticulous, good time management skills and reliability.Exceptional punctuality, time-management and prioritization skills.ABJ Inc is committed to B-BBEE principles and encourages applications from designated groups.
