Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Office in Three Rivers, Vereeniging (Client base coverage: Vaal and Gauteng)
Work Type: Full-Time, Mostly Remote

We are a leading Risk Solutions Company specializing in Occupational SHEQ Solutions. Our services include training, auditing, certification, software, fire solutions, and more.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth within the Vaal and Gauteng regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the Vaal and Gauteng areas.
• Promote and sell our range of Occupational SHEQ Solutions, including training, auditing, certification, software, and fire solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base.
• Conduct remote work efficiently while attending in-person client meetings as required.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth objectives.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver clear, concise presentations to clients.

Requirements:

• Own transport and willingness to travel to all client locations.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written) and understanding of Afrikaans.
• Education: National Senior Certificate. Similar qualification will be beneficial.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a client-facing position, preferably in Sales and Marketing.
• Skills and Characteristics:
  • Well-spoken with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Neat, presentable, and maintains a professional appearance.
  • Self-driven and proactive must be able to demonstrate this quality.
  • Outgoing and extroverted personality, able to build rapport easily.
  • Clear and concise communicator able to explain concepts simply and effectively.

Salary and Remuneration:

• Basic salary plus commission on confirmed sales.
• Salary Range: Based on position level (Junior, Medium, or Senior) depending on skills and experience.
