ROLE PURPOSE The Branch Manager is responsible for the full operational, financial, and service management of the Vaal Funeral Home. This role ensures that all funeral operations are conducted with professionalism, empathy, efficiency, and adherence to Covisions service standards. The Branch Manager oversees staff, manages client families, ensures compliance with all legal and health regulations, and drives branch performance and reputation.
