Main Purpose Help create, maintain, and repair the electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity. To keep machinery and specialty equipment running correctly. Will work as part of a team to install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring and related equipment in a manufacturing and assembly environment. Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints or technical diagrams. Install and maintain wiring, control, and generator systems.Inspect electrical components, such as transformers, generators and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Performing assembly tasks. Electrical testing and calibration Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance and health and safety records. Work on other electrical projects as required. Ability to work independently in a busy environment. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Strong attention to detail Knowledge of safe work procedures Contribute to a pleasant and positive work atmosphere where all team members feel important and responsible.
