Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Tourism, or a related field. Certification in Event Planning or Project Management (advantageous). Experience 35 years of event management experience in hospitality, tourism, or lodge environments. Proven experience managing weddings, conferences, or high-end guest events. Experience working in remote or lodge-style settings is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Strong event planning and coordination skills. Excellent knowledge of hospitality operations. Familiarity with event décor, layouts, and logistics. Proficiency in event management software or MS Office.
