About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Executive Chef to join a horseback safari lodge in Waterberg, Limpopo. As part of our client’s luxury equestrian experiences, we are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef who can deliver high-quality, memorable dining experiences tailored to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals for international guests, ensuring exceptional standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage all kitchen operations, including menu development, stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards and efficiency
- Adapt menus to cater to international dietary requirements and preferences
