This position is also open to a couple (with FOH)- 3 meals per day/afternoon tea/bush breakfast/5-course wine tasting. Package: R40K + full live in + very attractive gratuities paid from high net worth profile clients Min 5 years experience as Exec/Head Chef in luxury hospitality. Proven ability to cater for special dietary needs including gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal, and nut/seafood allergies. Strong leadership, training, and communication skills. Expertise in menu development, staff training, ordering, and fine-dining presentation . Ability to thrive in a remote environment with a hands-on, flexible approach. Culinary qualification or equivalent professional certification.
