A career opportunity exists at RTG TECHNICAL SERVICES, NIGEL for the position of:Qualified Welder (TIG welding)Job Summary: (not limited to)The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:Support, maintain and advocate SHEQ policies and procedures.Manage personal efficiencies and output. Maintain equipment and tooling, perform inspections and report findings. Plan, order and maintain adequate material and consumables levels.Plan, clean, prepare, cut, manufacture and weld materials and items.Perform all related actions required to the assigned task.Deliver quality work items that meet and exceed the prescribed standards.Accurate Job Card completion.Perform any lawful and additional duties that might not be listed in the job description. Minimum Requirement:Matric (Grade 12)Recognized trade test.5 years aluminum & stainless-steel experience.Experience in all grades, positions, and types of welding. Own basic hand tools.Own transportation.NO criminal record. Excellent health. Must reside in the Springs / Nigel / Heidelberg area. Or willing to relocate at own cost.
