About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Practice Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cape Town, where you will support exceptional patient care and contribute to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving patients
- Opening and managing patient files
- Assist patients with fitting frames
- Compile quotations and invoices
- Assist with stock takes
- Schedule appointments
- Ensure that the practice are organized and tidy
- Provide support to the sales team by promoting products and services
- Assist with achieving the sales targets
Requirements
- Matric
- Computer literate in Excel
- 1 year of administration experience
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in medical practices beneficial
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
- Valid RSA driver’s license and own transport or reliable transport

- Arrangement from R 5 000 – R 6 000 Basic Incentive
