While the core focus is on hands-on software development, this role also offers the chance to assist the CTO in leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior developers and supporting technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain full stack software applications (C#, .NET, Angular).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making.
• Support the CTO as 2IC, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional C# development.
• Experience with Angular is preferred.
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is advantageous.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
• Hospitality industry knowledge is an advantage.
