Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle everyday money transactions (like bills, money owed to us, and ledger updates).
• Make sure payments to suppliers and within the company are correct and on time.
• Check bank accounts daily to make sure they match our records.
• Help predict how much cash the company will have and plan for it.
• Create and explain monthly money reports.
• Help with closing the books at the end of each month and year.
• Keep track of and report on financial hedging (like future currency deals).
• Combine financial information from different parts of the company.
• Fix any money transfers between different company parts.
• Keep good records for all combined financial accounts.
• Help with checks by outside auditors.
• Look for ways to make financial tasks and systems better.
• Help set up financial steps for new projects
