• Completed Matric Certificate
• 2+ years experience in an administrative/ support based role
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• Valid drivers’ license – ideal
• Applicants must currently reside in the Paarl area

Duties and Responsibilities: 
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to:

• Manage the reception area; answering of incoming calls and providing assistance 
• Assisting with queries relating to statements, balances and refunds
• Maintaining approval and decline statistics 
• Assisting with the preparation of loan contracts 
• Contacting third-party suppliers for settlement balances and other details are required 
• Performing any additional administrative duties as required
