Key Responsibilities:

• Sell to and support existing customers in your allocated region
• Build strong relationships with end users, OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, consultants, contractors and wholesalers
• Maintain and expand a robust customer database while growing both existing and new business
• Prepare proposals, quotations and reports that switch customers to “Yes!”
• Conduct client presentations and training sessions on product offerings
• Track meetings, sales figures, and monthly forecasts against targets
• Promote the full product portfolio and align it to customer needs

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
• Experience in the electrical / switchgear industry non-negotiable
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in external sales, with a track record of building and closing business
• Valid driver’s licence, a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills
• Ability to match solutions to customer needs and energise their buying decisions
