Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guide development teams on best practices
- Design and implement system architecture for scalable and secure solutions
- Deliver strategic projects within scope, quality, and timeline expectations
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing protocols, and development processes
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing systems without compromising performance
- Mentor junior developers and encourage knowledge sharing within the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant development experience
- Strong background in building and supporting enterprise-level systems
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong experience in C# and .NET Core development
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design
- Experience developing and maintaining APIs in high-performance environments
- Knowledge of identity and access management solutions
- Understanding of modern software architecture patterns such as microservices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development best practices
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data solutions
- Experience with API testing tools and integration technologies
- Knowledge of clean coding principles and testing frameworks
