Key

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, hands-on instruction in UAV avionics systems, including electrical, electronic, and flight control systems.
• Develop and update curriculum and training materials related to UAV avionics, ensuring they are current with industry standards and advancements.
• Provide classroom and practical training sessions to students, focusing on avionics principles, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system integration.
• Ensure all training is delivered in accordance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.
• Stay current with technological advancements in UAV avionics systems and related technologies to ensure the highest standard of training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continually improve training methodologies and techniques.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to trainees, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with UAV avionics systems or related fields (e.g., aircraft avionics, electronics).
• Previous experience as an instructor or trainer in an avionics or aerospace-related field.
• In-depth knowledge of UAV systems, including flight control systems, sensors, communication systems, and avionics troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to UAV avionics.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively teach complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Ability to work with individuals at different skill levels, providing tailored instruction to meet varying needs.
• A passion for educating and helping students grow in the UAV field.
