Western Cape: Business Analyst: Supply Chain System posted by Network Finance

• Analyse and manage business and system change requests within the supply chain environment
• Translate business requirements into functional and system specifications
• Collaborate with supply chain process engineers to ensure systems align with warehouse operations
• Coordinate and execute system testing, including UAT and quality assurance
• Provide ongoing system, process, and user support
• Develop and maintain detailed process, system, and data documentation
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement sessions

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

• Degree or National Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience within retail, finance, consulting, or complex systems environments
• Strong background in system analysis, business process design, and workshop facilitation
• Proven experience in UAT planning, execution, and testing coordination
• Experience integrating new systems with existing platforms
• Exposure to change management and system implementations

Skills:

• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Business process mapping tools (Visio preferred)
• Understanding of BABOK and PMBOK methodologies
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Non-negotiables:

• Ability to work onsite in Cape Town (Kuilsriver area)
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
