This established company in the telecoms sector is offering an opportunity for a seasoned CA(SA) to step into a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, guiding the finance function, and providing clear direction and pushback to stakeholders. You will work closely with an experienced CFO, managing direct and indirect teams, while ensuring financial control, governance, and growth.
Other duties include:

• Driving financial strategy, structuring, and reporting
• Managing the team
• Engaging with senior stakeholders, guiding decision-making, and applying pushback where needed
• Ensuring compliance, governance, and sustainable growth in a highly competitive sector

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills required:

• 8–10 years’ post-articles experience in senior finance leadership
• Telecoms or ISP industry exposure preferred
• Strong strategic, structural, and stakeholder management ability
• Proven track record in managing and developing large teams
