Department: Sales and Marketing
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 – 6 years of exp)
Location: CPT – Southern Suburbs, Western Cape
Salary: R25,000 CTC Negotiable
Job Description:
The Customer Service Consultant – will report to the Manager and be responsible for various duties, including:
- Capturing sales orders
- Handling customer feedback
- Providing weekly updates
- Tracking shipments and Liaise with Freight forwarders
- Incoterms knowledge and Customs declarations
The ideal candidate should have a tertiary qualification with practical experience in customer-facing roles.
Experience in export processes and proficiency in SAD500, requesting shipping estimates, booking shipments with freight forwarders, and understanding Incoterms are required.
