• Previous experience in operational rental management and knowledge of rental legislation are advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in data analysis and proficiency in *Microsoft products are prefe General|T knowledge and experience in customer service/support are ess
• Administration management experience is a plus.
• Tertiary education is advantageous but not mandatory.

• They may even help clients plan and understand the best ways to utilise their software on the customer`s business needs.
• The Customer Success Consultant is not focused on making sales, but rather on educating their customers on the flexibility and capabilities of their software so customers are encouraged to continue using our services.
• Proven ability to handle a significant volume of data
• Strong demonstrated verbal and written (email) skills
• Advanced excel skills
• Training & educational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Technical ability to understand software solution functionality
• Must have a desire to keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments & best practices
