Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize Machine Learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
- Analyze large datasets to deliver actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
- BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (Honours/Masters preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, especially within Banking, Telecommunications, or Insurance.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, model-building, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar statistical programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
