Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
- Analyze large datasets to deliver actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data strategies.
- Present findings and model results to executives and stakeholders in an impactful way.
- Continuously improve models to meet evolving data and business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest data science and machine learning advancements.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (Honours/Masters preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, especially within Banking, Telecommunications, or Insurance.
- Proven expertise in machine learning, model-building, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar statistical programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
