Job Summary
Lead and manage warehouse assistants and receiving & dispatch controllers
Manage inventory in CT Depot by cyclical stock takes and picking by batch as well as efficient stock rotation
Manage the hygiene of all product in the depot in line with BU requirements
Manage depot in line with all Food Safety and ISO requirements
Manage the accurate picking of orders ready for delivery
Manage daily, weekly and monthly warehouse reports into CT depot manager
Manage the accurate picking of orders ready for delivery
Receive the stock from SCT’s and manage efficient storage thereof
Manage all elements of the CT fridge and receipt and dispatch of Durban and JHB SCT’s in line with agreed product requirements
Manage the loading/offloading of import and export containers for the CT warehouse
Ensure all relevant paperwork is managed in line with requirements stipulated in work instructions inclusive of picking slips
Manage the CHEP account and pallets for the CT depot
Manage the sample issuing and no charge invoice process to lab for quality testing/customers
