Duties:
Overseeing the food and drink inventory and expenses.
Ensure that the food and beverage menus in the restaurants and hotel is profitable and that the items are up to the standards of patrons.
Keep costs under control, waste under check, and boost profitability
Collaborate closely with the Director of Food and Beverage, Food and Beverage Bars Manager and Executive chef.
Perform tasks on areas of concern which include food and beverage stock control, purchasing, receiving, storage and issuance, menu planning, production and portion control, pricing, inventories, reporting forecasting and analysis.
Prepare variance analysis
Effectively use the guest feedback to improve product and service delivery.

Requirements:
Matric
Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
Have strong Materials Control knowledge, Micros and Symphony and other PMS systems
Hotel Experience is required.
