We’re Hiring – Hydraulic Toolmen (Hytec South Africa)

Hytec South Africa, a leader in hydraulic engineering and marine systems, is looking for experienced Toolmen to join our team on the ground.
The ideal candidates must have solid experience with hydraulic fittings, cylinders, and marine winch systems, including anchor and mooring winches.
Requirements:

• Proven experience working with hydraulic systems and components
• Strong knowledge of fittings, hoses, and cylinder assembly
• Experience with anchor winches, mooring winches, or ship-based hydraulic systems
• Ability to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on-site
• Understanding of hydraulic safety procedures and pressure testing
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to work in demanding environments
• Relevant trade qualification or hydraulic experience required

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, maintain, and repair hydraulic fittings and cylinders
• Assist with installation and service of marine winch systems
• Ensure all work meets Hytec’s quality and safety standards
• Support technicians and engineers with on-site operations
