Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to Wealth Managers
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records
- Coordinate account openings, investment transactions, and policy reviews
- Handle scheduling, diary management, and travel arrangements
- Respond timeously to client and internal queries
- Apply regulatory knowledge (FICA/FAIS) in all operations
- Assist with switches, top-ups, and preparation for client reviews
Requirements:
- Matric with 1 years of investment / insurance admin or relevant financial services experience
- Relevant BCom degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in anything finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High attention to detail with a methodical work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear communicator with a client-first mindset
- Hybrid set-up (home and office)
