Job Summary
About the Role:
As the Finance Business Analyst, you will be responsible for spearheading the integration of financial ledgers within the company’s core banking framework. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, is keen to tackle complex challenges, and enjoys the sense of accomplishment that comes with delivering impactful results. You`ll work closely with the finance and tech teams, building strong processes that scale with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Engage deeply with finance processes and user stories, translating them into clear, prioritized requirements that drive the project forward
User Training and Engagement: Work alongside users to understand workflows, remove inefficiencies, and ensure they are fully utilizing the system
Chart of Accounts: Take ownership of the automated chart of accounts, understanding every type of account and ensuring its accuracy
Finance Process Automation: Collaborate with the finance team to identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency and control
Ideal Candidate:

You should have a deep understanding of core banking systems, be passionate about quality and user experience, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Finance, Treasury, FP&A, or middle-office banking is required
Solid understanding of financial systems and processes, with a demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred, with professional qualifications being an added advantage
