About the Role
As the Finance Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multi-functional team to deliver high-quality shared services to internal stakeholders while ensuring optimal utilization of funds and effective resource allocation. Your duties include identifying process improvements, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivering accurate performance reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the shared services budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost control, and optimal utilization of funds
- Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of shared services to internal stakeholders
- Identify, design, and implement continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead, manage, and develop a large, multi-functional team to consistently achieve departmental objectives and performance targets
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring services are aligned with evolving business needs
- Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful performance reports to senior management to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
- 5 years of experience in a financial management role
Qualifications
Completed finance degree in finance or accounting
