About the Role

As a Fluent German Speaking Finance Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our Germany-based accountants with financial information preparation and management. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and collaborating with our Finance Manager and German partners to maintain compliance with German tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organise financial information for the Germany based accountants
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Collaborate daily with our Finance Manager and German partners

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
  • 3 – 5 years Experience in accounts payable/receivable and finance administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • South African citizen or valid work permit
